Session Description

This session highlights the importance of collaboration in the principal/leader-coach relationship and will feature strategies for leading that relationship. The tools shared will emphasize the importance of strong coaching models, creating clear roles, and defining coaching goals and relating them to specific student outcomes.

Target Audience

This session is designed for instructional leaders who supervise or lead instructional coaches. Most materials and activities are designed for building principals and central office instructional personnel.
